Product Description

Common use
Apcalis SX Oral Jelly is a type of Generic Cialis.
The main component of Apcalis is Tadalafil.
Apcalis SX Oral Jelly has many of the same properties and side effects as Cialis. Both drugs are based on the same active ingredient, Tadalafil.
When sexual stimulation causes the local release of nitric oxide, the inhibition of PDE 5 by Cialis results in increased levels of cGMP in the corpora cavernosa of the penis. This leads to relaxation of arterial smooth muscles and blood flow to the tissues of the penis, causing an erection. Cialis has no effect in the absence of sexual stimulation. Apcalis improves erection and allows you to achieve a successful intercourse. The drug is effective for 36 hours. In the presence of sexual arousal, the effect appears as early as 16 minutes after taking the drug.

Dosage and direction
The recommended dose of Apcalis SX is 20 mg and should be taken at least 16 minutes before sexual intercourse. The effect lasts for 36 hours. Take Apcalis once a day and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Do not take Apcalis with grapefruit juice or alcoholic beverages.
If you take Apcalis and smoke tobacco at the same time, it may cause a condition called NAION (sudden loss of vision related to the optic nerve).
Tell your doctor before taking Apcalis if you have heart attack or heart failure, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, abnormal penis including curved penis and congenital penile defects, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess lipids in the blood), sickle cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in the history.

Do not use Apcalis if you regularly and/or intermittently take organic nitrates in any form, as it can increase the hypotensive effect of nitrates.

Possible Side Effects
The most common side effects of Apcalis are:
Headache, upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea, facial hyperemia (redness), flu-like symptoms.
Rarer side effects: blurred vision and altered color perception, decreased blood pressure, abnormal ejaculation.
Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours) are also possible. If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately, as this can cause permanent damage to the penis.
Heart problems are known to worsen in patients with pre-existing heart disease who are taking Apcalis.
If you notice any side effects not listed above, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Drug Interactions
