Common use
Cialis Soft improves erection and allows you to achieve a successful intercourse. The effect occurs as early as 16 minutes after intake (in the presence of sexual arousal) and lasts for 36 hours. Man can choose the most convenient time for him when taking Cialis Soft by making several attempts of sexual acts during this time. 

Dosage and method of use
Take Cialis Soft orally once a day, the recommended dose is 20 mg.
You should take it at least 16 minutes before sexual intercourse.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions
Do not take Cialis Soft with grapefruit juice or alcoholic beverages.
If you take Cialis Soft and smoke tobacco at the same time, it may cause a condition called NAION (sudden loss of vision related to the optic nerve).
Tell your doctor before taking Cialis Soft if you have heart attack or heart failure, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, abnormal penis including curved penis and congenital penile defects, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, peptic ulcer, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess lipids in blood), sickle cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in the history. 

Contraindications
Cialis Soft is contraindicated in patients who regularly and/or periodically take organic nitrates in any form, as it can increase their hypotensive effects.

Possible side effects
The most common side effects of Cialis Soft :
Headache, upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea, facial hyperemia (redness), flu-like symptoms.
Rarer side effects: blurred vision and changes in color perception, decreased blood pressure, abnormal ejaculation.
Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours) are also possible. If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately, as this can cause permanent damage to the penis.
Heart problems have been known to worsen in patients with pre-existing heart disease taking Cialis Soft .
If you notice any side effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Drug Interactions
Co-administration with drugs containing organic nitrates may cause severe hypotension, which is dangerous in some cases. Avoid taking Cialis with drugs such as erythritol tetranitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin, pentaerythritol tetranitrate. Cialis levels and toxicity are increased by erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan), and ritonavir (Norvir). Tell your doctor if you are taking atazanavir, bunazosin, clarithromycin, doxazosin, erythromycin, indinavir, itraconazole, ketoconazole, moxisil, nefazodone, nelfinavir, phenoxybenzamine, phentolamine, prazosin, saquinavir, telithromycin, terazosin, trimazosin, urapidil as you may need to adjust the Cialis dose. 

Missed Dose
Cialis Soft is used as needed when taken to treat erectile dysfunction. Therefore, a missed dose is not allowed.

Overdose
An overdose of Cialis Soft causes the symptoms described as side effects.
Seek immediate emergency medical attention if you think you have consumed too high a dose of this drug.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. 

Storage
Store at room temperature in a tight container away from moisture, sunlight, children, and pets.
