Forzest has many of the same properties and side effects as Cialis. Both drugs are based on the same active ingredient - Tadalafil, it allows blood vessels to relax and expand, allowing blood flow to fill the cavernous bodies of the penis. The result is an erection that goes away after sex.

Forzest should be taken at least one hour before the planned intercourse. The action of the drug will start in 30 minutes and last up to 36 hours.
