Product Description

Common use
Kamagra is a medication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. It is an analogue of Viagra, or sildenafil citrate, which is used to treat sexual dysfunction in men. Kamagra increases the amount of blood flowing to the penis.

Dosage and Direction
The effects of 100 mg Kamagra come on in 45 minutes and last for 4-6 hours.

Before taking Kamagra, tell your doctor if you have anemia, allergies, cancer, eye disease, high or low blood pressure, heart failure, unstable chest pain, irregular heart rhythm, penile deformity.
If you have a history of such conditions, or are taking protease inhibitors to treat HIV.
Do not get up quickly from a lying or sitting position. Do not drink alcohol, as it may increase the side effects.
Do not take Kamagra if you are already taking another medication for erectile dysfunction. Warn your doctor if you are taking yohimbine (Yocon, Yodoxin, others) or alprostadil (Caverject, Muse, Edex).

Kamagra is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to this medication or those treated with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin).
This combination can cause very low blood pressure, which can lead to stroke, heart attack, or death. Do not take this medicine if you are under 18 years old.

Possible side effects
Some patients may experience headache, diarrhea, dizziness, upset stomach, vomiting, and nasal congestion. Side effects such as facial redness may be less pronounced than in people taking Viagra.
Kamagra can cause a serious condition -- priapism or a prolonged erection. This is rare, but if an erection lasts longer than a few hours, see your doctor immediately.

Drug Interactions
Kamagra should not be taken if you are being treated with drugs containing organic nitrates.
Ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, and saquinavir increase Kamagra blood levels.
